What's Self Service?
Previously Self Service was available at my.mtholyoke.edu in the bottom right of your homepage. It now lives at selfservice.mtholyoke.edu
Examples of Self Service functions:
- For students: Entering your Chosen Name and initiating address and phone number changes, making a Name Recording, viewing the Class Schedule and registering for courses, reviewing your Degree Audit, Grades and Unofficial Transcripts, ordering Official Transcripts and Enrollment Verifications, accessing your Student Account and Payment page, graduation applications, parking decals, and various other forms and applications for a variety of offices including Disability Services, Fimbel, etc.
- For faculty, advisors, and instructors: Access to Advisee information, class rosters, recording permissions for students to override course prerequisites, waitlist management tools, entering final grades, completing FASS (Faculty Activity and Service Summary), Parking decals and Name Recording, etc.
- For academic department chairs and coordinators: Reviewing FASS forms, running Student and Course reports, accessing the Faculty Planning Chart, entering Student Academic Prizes, Parking decals, and Name Recording, etc
- For staff: Parking decals and Name Recording
