Virtual information session from 3–4 pm to learn about benefits available during the 2026–2027 open enrollment period. The session will be facilitated by Carl Ries and representatives from Brown & Brown, the College’s current insurance broker who will remain our broker for all plans except health insurance. Registration is required.

Annual Benefits Fair from 1–4 pm at the Kendall Sports & Dance Complex. Stop by to connect with the Benefits team or a vendor, receive giveaways and enter prize drawings.

Start of the open enrollment period. During this time, you can review and make changes in Workday to your medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings and flexible spending accounts, and life and long-term disability elections for the upcoming year.

End of the open enrollment period. This is the last day you can make changes to your benefit plans.

This is the date your benefits decisions will become effective.
